A good little hotel, we had a lovely stay. The room was clean and fine and with the balcony, terrace/balcony, as example. We thoroughly enjoyed this place.
The staff were miserable, didn't expect that coming.

Had very lovely stay for 3 nights. Got the same tidy and lovely guest room with a view booked online, truly enjoyed that. We had a terrace, a balcony, and a kettle in the room. The hotel's location was perfect, just next door to local cafe as well as shops. It also was on the sea front.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were miserable.

It was perfectly pleasant time in Benidorm. I liked staying in this recently renovated place. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly efficient with every request. The food was great and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The hotel was in a central setting in the heart of the old town👌
